• Standalone App — available at app.notifybubble.com
• Shopify App — available through the Shopify App Store

Standalone App

When you create an account on our standalone app, we collect only:

• Your name
• Your email address

We do not collect any other personal information.

Shopify App

When you install our Shopify app, we collect:

• Your store name
• Your Shopify domain
• Your Shopify email address

3. Analytics Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data related to your notification widgets. This includes:

• Total notification views and clicks
• Conversion and click-through rates
• Unique visitors (count only, no personal data)
• Button clicks and close rates
• Device breakdown (desktop vs. mobile, percentages only)
• Engagement trends over time (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Top performing notifications

This analytics data is used solely to help you understand how your notification widgets are performing. We do not track or store any personal information about your website visitors.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the NotifyBubble service
• Communicate with you about your account
• Provide analytics on your notification widget performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely and we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Shopify App — Data Handling

Our Shopify app complies with Shopify's data protection requirements:

• Customer Data Requests: When a store customer requests their personal data, we respond to Shopify's customers/data_request webhook and provide any relevant data we hold.
• Customer Data Erasure: When a store customer requests deletion of their personal data, we respond to Shopify's customers/redact webhook and delete all associated personal data.
• App Uninstallation: When a merchant uninstalls our app, we respond to Shopify's shop/redact webhook (sent 48 hours after uninstall) and delete all store data and any associated customer personal information.

We subscribe to all mandatory GDPR webhooks required by Shopify and confirm receipt of each request.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
